www.organiqliving.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

For all local/ U.A.E based product delivery above the amount of AED 250 in a single invoice Organiqliving.com/ SRK Online FZ LLC provides Free of Cost delivery.

For all local/ U.A.E based product delivery below the amount of AED 250 Organiqliving.com/ SRK Online FZ LLC will be charging a flat rate of AED 30.

For all International Deliveries/ outside of the U.A.E there will be a charge which will be calculated based on the purchase and shared with the client before confirming the delivery by Organiqliving.com/ SRK Online FZ LLC.

For international deliveries, all clients will be responsible for any customs duty that might be applicable based on their country’s rules and regulations.

Return & Exchange Policy
All items purchased from Organiqliving.com/ SRK Online FZ LLC are accepted for an exchange or return on the following conditions:

Product should have all its original tags attached to it in case of an exchange/ return for the size or model/ style

Product should also be returned for an exchange or refund in its original packing box along-with the delivery note

Product must be returned within 7 working days of delivery

Client must ensure to send an email to Organiqliving.com/ SRK Online FZ LLC at info@organiqliving.com as soon as they decide the product delivered is not what they ordered/ the size is not feasible or they are not happy with the product.
