exchange & Return policy

All items purchased from Organiqliving.com/ SRK Online FZ LLC are accepted for an exchange or return on the following conditions:

1. Product should have all its original tags attached to it in case of an exchange/ return for the size or model/ style

2. Product should also be returned for an exchange or refund in its original packing box along-with the delivery note

3. Product must be returned within 7 working days of delivery

4. Client must ensure to send an email to Organiqliving.com/ SRK Online FZ LLC at info@organiqliving.com as soon as they decide the product delivered is not what they ordered/ the size is not feasible or they are not happy with the product.

5. The exchange or return will be processed at the sole discretion of Organiqliving.com/ SRK Online FZ LLC

6. Organiqliving.com/ SRK Online FZ LLC reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if it does not comply with the written policy on the www.organiqliving.com website

delivery/ SHIPMENT services & charges

www.organiqliving.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

For all local/ U.A.E based product delivery above the amount of AED 250 in a single invoice Organiqliving.com/ SRK Online FZ LLC provides Free of Cost delivery.

For all local/ U.A.E based product delivery below the amount of AED 250 Organiqliving.com/ SRK Online FZ LLC will be charging a flat rate of AED 30.

For all International Deliveries/ outside of the U.A.E there will be a charge which will be calculated based on the purchase and shared with the client before confirming the delivery by Organiqliving.com/ SRK Online FZ LLC.

For international deliveries, all clients will be responsible for any customs duty that might be applicable based on their country’s rules and regulations.
