What is Organic?

Updated: Mar 30, 2019

Organic means natural. It means working with nature and not against it, supporting natural ways of farming and no use of chemical fertilizers, artificial agents or pesticides.

The environmentally sustainable management of the land and natural resources means more wildlife, means the ageing of Earth can be reduced and we can have a better, more healthier tomorrow for ourselves and our coming generations

A Promise

Organic choices support a better and healthier tomorrow for everyone. From cotton buds to carrots – when you choose organic food, textile or beauty products, you promote a better world. Knowingly or unknowingly your choices do support a much larger movement either with natural ways of producing or against natural ways of producing.

Organic is a promise you make to yourself to bring in a better tomorrow for yourself and your loved ones.

A promise for yourself- when you choose to eat and drink organically produced food and drinks, you can reduce your exposure to potentially harmful pesticides.

A promise for animals – Organic means the very high standard of animal welfare. Organic animals are truly free range and are reared without the routine use of drugs, antibiotics and worms.

A promise for the Planet – Organic means working with nature, not against it. The only way to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from agriculture, or protect natural resources is the use of fresh water and healthy soils system.
